• Orders are processed within a business day after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All parcels are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked services:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• International Tracked – Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 business days).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, customs clearance for international orders).

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number.

• You can track your parcel directly via the Royal Mail Tracking website.
