Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, you have 5 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Just head over to https://account.sokeclothing.com to get started.

To qualify for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with the tags still on, and in the original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. A few things to note:

• Return shipping: There’s a £4.50 return shipping fee, unless the return is due to our mistake (for example, if your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent). In those cases, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

• Change of mind: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind.

• Unrequested returns: Please don’t send items back without first submitting a return request — they won’t be accepted.
